Withdrawal Status: Pending, Unconfirmed, or Cancelled Payments

If your withdrawal appears as pending or unconfirmed on a blockchain explorer (such as blockchain.com or any other explorer), there is no need to worry. Your transaction has been created and is currently waiting for confirmation from the network.

Blockchain confirmations may take some time depending on network congestion. Please check the status again later.

Cancelling a Withdrawal

• Bitcoin Lightning withdrawals are processed almost instantly and usually cannot be cancelled.
• Bitcoin (BTC) withdrawals may be cancelled while they are still being processed.

If the withdrawal can still be cancelled, you will see a cancel button next to the transaction in the withdrawal table. If there is no cancel button, it means the transaction has already been sent to the network and can no longer be stopped.

Failed Withdrawals

If the status of your withdrawal shows as failed, please contact our Support team and we will help resolve the issue.
