Pending, Unconfirmed, or Cancelled Payments

If your payment status on blockchain.info or any other blockchain explorer shows as pending or unconfirmed, don't worry! Your funds have been sent, and the transaction is simply awaiting confirmation. You can check the status after 48 hours; it will likely be approved.

If the status of your withdrawal to a faucet shows as failed, please contact our Support team, and we will resolve the issue.
