New ad units are automatically assigned the "Unknown" category. The bot typically assigns specific categories to "Site" type ad units within 24 hours after you embed the ad unit on your site and start generating unique traffic. The "Unknown" category is generally not targeted by CPD campaigns, which can negatively affect your earnings. If your ad unit is older than 24 hours, generates traffic, and is still categorized as "Unknown," please don't hesitate to contact support.
