Lost Your Password? Here's What to Do Next

If you have an email associated with your user account, please use the password reset feature.

Otherwise, contact our Support Team and provide the following information:
your user ID;
an email associated with your AADS account, unless you signed up with an access code.

In case you lost your access code, you need to assign a new email address to restore access to your account. To proceed, contact our Support Team for further assisstance.
