Lost Your Password? Here's What to Do

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the main page at aads.com.





  1. Click Log in and then click Forgot your password?



  1. Insert the email linked to your account to receive password reset instruction.


No Email Linked to Your Account?


If you signed up using an access code or don’t have an email linked, contact our Support Team and provide:


  1. Your User ID
  2. An email address associated with your AADS account, if available

(Skip this if you registered with an access code only.)



Lost Your Access Code?


If you’ve lost your access code, you’ll need to link a new email address to restore access.



Please contact our Support Team — we’ll guide you through the recovery process.
