Intellectual Property Compliance
To ensure a fair and lawful advertising ecosystem, all publishers must comply with intellectual property regulations when using our Platform.
Publisher Responsibility
Publishers are fully responsible for all content размещённый on their websites. The Platform operates solely as a technical intermediary and does not create, review, or control publisher content.
By using the Platform, publishers confirm that:
- All content complies with applicable copyright laws
- No third-party intellectual property rights are violated
The Platform does not proactively monitor content and is not responsible for it. Any action taken upon receiving a complaint does not imply editorial control or ownership.
Submitting a Copyright Complaint
We only process valid copyright complaints. A request must include:
- Clear identification of the allegedly infringing content
- Proof of ownership or legal rights
- A formal takedown request referencing applicable law (e.g., DMCA)
All complaints should be sent to: support@aads.com
What Happens After a Complaint
If a valid complaint is received:
- Monetization of the affected website may be suspended within 72 hours
- The publisher will be notified and can provide a response or counter-evidence
- Monetization may be restored once the issue is resolved and compliance is confirmed
These actions are separate from fraud-related measures.
Liability Disclaimer
The Platform is not liable for any copyright violations committed by publishers.
Publishers agree to take full responsibility and indemnify the Platform against any related third-party claims.
If you want, I can:
- make this even shorter (for widget/help popup)
- or stricter/legal (closer to ToS language)
Please, refer to our Terms of Service.
