Ad Unit Error: Cloudflare Denies Access
In order to eliminate this error, follow these steps below:
- Log in to your Cloudflare account.
- Select the specified domain.
- Ask for the list of IP addresses from the AADS support team.
- Navigate to the Security Rules.
- Now you have two options for Create Rule. Either you can create Custom rules, a more powerful feature that allows to combine multiple IP addresses, as shown below:

or you can create IP access rules for each of the IP addresses.

- Click on 'Verify embedded HTML code' in the 'Code Embedding' tab of an ad unit’s main page and your page will be checked within 10 minutes.

- Wait a few minutes, reload the ad unit dashboard, ad unit status should change to Getting ready
- All done! Your ad unit works correctly now
If an ad unit is not found (for example, due to incorrect installation, caching, blockers, or loading issues), impressions cannot be counted and no revenue can be accrued for that period.
For this reason, we strongly recommend verifying that the ad unit is detected immediately after installation and after any website changes.
