Ad Unit Error: Ad Unit Is Partly or Fully Hidden

You will receive this message when the banner is present in the site code but is partially or fully hidden by other page elements. Additionally, if banners overlap each other, you will encounter this error as well.

Another example

If you place a floating ad that can be closed, the "Close" button should not overlap, and you'll also get this error.

The Ad Unit Is Partly or Fully Hidden error might also be caused by a pop-up window that appears while loading a site. The prompt, alert, and confirm windows usually don't cause an error or cause another type of error. If you can avoid pop-up ads, you'd better not use them at all.

Another possible reason for the error is that your banners are loading later than your site. If the ad unit on your site is placed correctly but does not appear immediately after loading, our bot may consider it invisible, blocked by another element, inaccessible for clicks, or undetected. In this case, please contact our support team, and we will resolve the issue.

Important: Earnings at AADS are only generated after an ad unit has been successfully detected by our system.

If an ad unit is not found (for example, due to incorrect installation, caching, blockers, or loading issues), impressions cannot be counted and no revenue can be accrued for that period.

For this reason, we strongly recommend verifying that the ad unit is detected immediately after installation and after any website changes.
