# 'Withdrawals Suspended' Message: Causes and Solutions

To help protect your account and funds, AADS applies several security measures against unauthorized access and fraudulent withdrawal requests. Whenever you **set or change your Bitcoin withdrawal address**, your withdrawals are automatically suspended for **72 hours**.

If you have a verified email address associated with your account, you'll also receive an email notification confirming the address change.
This temporary suspension is a standard security precaution designed to protect your funds. Once the 72-hour period has passed, withdrawals will be re-enabled automatically.

**Note:** If your withdrawals are suspended for a reason **other than changing your withdrawal address**, please contact our support team for assistance. The team is available 24/7.
