# Lost Your Password? Here's What to Do

To reset your password: 
1. Go to the main page at aads.com.

2. Click **Log in** and then click **Forgot your password?**

3. Insert the email linked to your account to receive password reset instruction.

### No Email Linked to Your Account?

If you signed up using an access code or don’t have an email linked, contact our Support Team and provide:

1. Your **User ID**
2. An **email address associated with your AADS account**, if available
   *(Skip this if you registered with an access code only.) *

If you’ve lost your access code, you’ll need to link a new email address to restore access.
