# How the Total Budget Works

The **Total Budget** option allows you to limit how much your campaign spends in total.

|| When this option is enabled, the campaign will automatically stop once the specified total budget is reached.

### How Total Budget Works
The **Daily Budget** controls how much your campaign can spend per day, while the **Total Budget** limits the overall campaign spending.
For example:
If you want to spend **1 BTC over 10 days**, you should set:
* **Daily Budget:** at least **0.1 BTC**
* **Total Budget:** **1 BTC**
Once the campaign spends **1 BTC in total**, it will stop automatically.

### Adjusting or Disabling the Total Budget
To adjust Total budget, go to Daily budget setting:

If your campaign stops after reaching the total budget limit, you can:
* **Increase the Total Budget** to allow the campaign to continue running.
* **Disable the limit** by unchecking **Set total budget**.

When the limit is disabled, the campaign will continue running and will only be restricted by the **Daily Budget**.
