Non-Functional Websites — Ads linking to broken or inaccessible websites will be rejected;
Invalid Goal Tracking Links — Ads with incorrect or non-working tracking links won’t be approved;
Content Misalignment — Ads where the text, banners, or landing pages don’t match will be rejected;
Excessive Animation — Banners with too much animation or flashing elements won’t be approved;
Insufficient Information — Ads linking to websites or groups lacking details about their services may be rejected;
Pump-and-Dump Schemes — Ads promoting financial schemes that manipulate token prices will be rejected;
Unlicensed Gambling — Ads for casinos, betting sites, or gambling services without a legal license;
Grammar or Language Issues — Ads with grammar mistakes, offensive language, or misleading claims won’t be approved;
Design Issues — Ads with unclear, unreadable, or outdated designs won’t be approved.
To ensure quality and transparency in advertisements related to social media, the following rules apply:
Accessible Project Information - Information about the advertised project must be publicly available and clearly presented, either through fixed messages or in the profile header;
Visible Chat History - If the advertisement includes a chat, the chat history must be visible to all new users;
Unblocked Chats - Any chat associated with the advertisement must be accessible and not blocked.
We reject:
Personal profiles;
Advertisements containing links to WhatsApp groups or chats.
Projects featuring misleading logos on their websites, including brands or companies without active, clickable icons linking to their official project pages;
NFT;
Fair launch;
ICO, IEO, IDO (with passed KYC);
And any other projects related to investing money.
If you can prove the reliability of your project, contact support and we will try to change the rating of your advertisement.
AADS reserves the right to assign a "Risk" rating to any advertisement for undisclosed or newly identified reasons.

Ads related to token launches must comply with the following guidelines to ensure transparency and protect users from risks:
Risky Token Ads
Certain token ads may be flagged as "Risky" and require additional review:
Rebase Tokens — Tokens with changing supply mechanisms that may confuse users;
High-Supply Tokens — Ads for tokens with abnormally high supply or disproportionate distribution between creators and investors;
Low-Liquidity Tokens — Tokens with less than $50,000 in liquidity.
Rejected Token Ads
Some token ads will be rejected immediately:
Tokens with Less Than $500 Liquidity — Ads promoting tokens with insufficient liquidity will be rejected to protect users from high volatility;
Missing Contract Address — Ads must include a visible contract address. Ads without this information will be rejected;
Non-Tradable Tokens — Tokens that can’t be traded on major exchanges won’t be approved.
Presale — an early stage where tokens are sold before their official launch, usually at a discounted price to raise funds for the project.
Presale ads are subject to stricter rules due to their speculative nature and potential risks for users. The following guidelines apply to presale ads:
